BakerPct Mix Lab is built as an offline dough-math studio. Your formulas stay on the bench—your device.

Plain statement

BakerPct Mix Lab does not collect personal data.

There is no account system, no cloud formula sync operated by us, no third-party analytics SDK, and no advertising network inside the app. Formula pads, preferments, schedules, pantry prices, and widgets are processed and stored on-device.

What stays local

  • Baker’s-percentage formulas, scale targets, and row locks
  • Preferment and soaker configurations
  • Bulk-and-bake timelines and local notifications you enable
  • Optional cost figures you enter for cottage runs
  • Seed formulas you duplicate and edit

Sharing you control

Bake-day PDF or image export uses the system share sheet you invoke. We do not upload those packets to BakerPct Mix Lab servers—there are none for app content.
